When Dr. L shared this to one of the seminars at PCAM the sound on the audiences goes: woooooo.
I am then advising you to do this upon waking up and before sleeping. It approaches directly the three major pathway of the hear, lungs and brain, their nerves and veins and arteries involved. Therefore it eases breathing, prevents senility, proven that can improve ECG result, upon doing the exercise before going inside the room for ECG.
Let me try to put in into text:
Sit or stand or lay down comfortably.
Extend both hands, palms facing each other, thumbs up.
Thumbs down, palms now are facing sides, thumbs down.
Right over left (or left over right, later you will do the other way around), crossing the wrists, align palms, interlock fingers, forming joint palms.
Pull down interlocked palms and pull forward upon (the interlocked palms passed near the chin and stretch it forward). As far as you can the goal is here... at first the flexibility is not so good but after a week or 2 improvement on the stretching will be seen.
This twisting position stretches the main nerves connected with the brain, heart and lungs. As these veins, nerves are exercising regularly ECG results will be improving.
Then pull the joints locked palms to facing down ward as you return the twist and bring it up in the air, above your head the locked palm as you count as 1. Observe proper inhalation and exhalation during the exercise. n Targeting 1 - 10 cycles.
Left over right should be balanced to right over left wrist cris crossing to balance stretching.
Dr. L tip to do this exercise before ECG for medical for better result. It then the WOOOOO sound goes aired.
My goal it to catch your attention for the title of this thread, not really to aim how to trick the ECG but to improve the circulation along the meridian of the heart, lungs and brain. Regular exercise will approach deeper meridian lines for healthier you.
Visit the FOOT AND COLON HOMEOTHERAPY CENTER this reason if you can't dot it without the actual demo.
