Can we have high fiber, herbs, and acidphilus instead of colon hydrotherapy?

No disrespect to your favorite health guru, but if he's of that mind set, he's dead wrong! There is nothing like a colon hydrotherapy / colonics. Nothing can substitute for colon hydrotherapy. There's nothing almost as good as colonic. Nothing crates peristalsis like a colonic. Nothing takes encrusted feces off the colons reflex points like a colonic. Nothing takes putrefactive bacteria out of the body like a colonic. Nothing reduces the body's total level of toxicity like a colonic."
The physical peristaltic motivation happening during the procedure will tone up the colon that goes to increasing width as we age that is why pot belly are happening. Toning up means reversing the expanded width aiming back to normal size.
